Blank Grocery Shopping List

Looking for a blank grocery shopping list?

Planning your shopping with a grocery shopping checklist goes a long way towards saving money at the store.

Choose from the free grocery list template, or the standard grocery shopping list. Free for all stay at home moms (and others) who want to save money!

It’s no secret that one of the best ways to save money on groceries is to shop with a grocery shopping checklist.

Menu plan, write down a list of everything you need, and if it’s not on the list, it doesn’t go in the cart!

This one act can save you 10% off your grocery bill!

While it is certainly possible to create your own blank grocery shopping list on a piece of scrap paper and bring that to the store, a little organization goes a long way.

(I can’t tell you the number of times I have left my scrap paper at home, or lost it in the car on the way to the store!)

Use one of the free grocery list template sheets that follow. Print out a bunch, three-hole punch them, and put them in the front of your grocery price book for an easy way to stay super organized.

Printable Grocery Shopping List

This free grocery list template is a “fill in the blanks” type of grocery shopping checklist. Simply write down the items you need, under the appropriate category heading. The following standard categories are included:

Dairy
Fresh Produce
Bakery/Breads
Drinks
Snacks
Baking Supplies
Meats
Deli
Frozen
Toiletries
Personal Care
Pharmacy
Grocery
Canned Goods
Condiments
Household
Cleaning Supplies
Paper Goods
Cereal
Boxed Goods
Prepared Foods
Baby
Pets
Miscellaneous

When you have a coupon for an item, make a note next to your item so that you’ll remember when you get to the store. I like to make a little (c) next to my item, kinda like the copyright symbol.

Standard Grocery Shopping List

The second free grocery list template is a list of items, by category, that are pre-printed. Use some magnets to stick this list to your fridge and check off items as you run out. There’s plenty of room to add in uncommon ingredients.
